Well, I seem to be in a good groove. I haven't lifted my legs, just my upper body b/c of a back problem. But I added running to my workouts, which seems to do the trick for me in terms of losing pounds...

Still trailing Billy, who should go out this weekend and enjoy himself, maybe stop by Geno's on your way home...

Instead of encouraging you to fail as you are me, I'll take the higher road and make a few suggestions.

Have you tried just doing bodyweight squats/lundges, stuff like that, or does that hurt your back?
