I told you!

Oh, and sorry about not posting in a while, but I did warn you not to expect the same volume and quality as my brother...

In response to Billy's question, it's hard to tell if I feel much better, because I have vertigo (long story) and I'm lightheaded a lot of the time. I do feel stronger when I go to the gym, and my tennis elbow feels better (fish oil?). I'm taking steps to figure out how to get rid of the vertigo...

Vertigo and lightheadedness? What's going on with that?? Is this something that's started since you began your program?

I've noticed I get lightheaded more often now when I stand up quickly, but I've heard that can happen when you're in better shape, something about blood pressure. Although I can't imagine you'd be experiencing that already.

Maybe you should consult a doctor?

I get that a lot too - you might want to have it checked out, the whole dizziness thing.

Then again, I'm blonde. What's your excuse?

Jay,

I was having some serious boughts with the dizzies a while back, even blogged about them. I went to the doctors to get checked out and all they did is give me a prescription dramamine2. I took one time and it made me really tired so i knew it was nt going to work. Anyway I started eating more fruit (banana the day it stopped) and making sure to take my daily multi vitamin. After I did those too things it totally cleared up. Haven't had a speck of it sense. It had me freaked out enough to go to the doc. So I am thinking maybe it was a lack of minerals or vitamins. Anyway don't know if it will work for you but I know what you are going through. I almost fell of the treadmill a couple times. Hope it goes away soon.

I did talk to my doctor, the vertigo started before this program. The doc thinks there is fluid in my ears, but more on one side, which causes vertigo. I got a catscan and I need to get back to the doc for a followup.
