Measurements (Losses/Gains are for the week, not total)
Neck 15.125 - Loss of 1/4"
Chest 41.625 - Loss of 3/8"
R. Bicep 15 - Gain of 1/2"
Gut 39.625 - Loss of 7/8"
Waist 39.125 - Loss of .5"
Thigh 23.625 - Loss of 1/8"
Feels good to finally be headed in the right direction!

Great news! Your bicep grew, wow! Mine shrunk over time, as you lose more and more fat that measurement will probably go down because there's less fat around that area.
What are you measuring with, and electron microscope? (3 decimal points!)
The tape I use measures in 1/8 increments, but I enter stuff into excel, which wants a decimal...
Damn. Those are some great numbers for one weeks time. I'm impressed.

Awesome job, man. The number that stands out to me the most is the 202 on the scale. 3 pounds away from "ONE"-derland.
